Extremely handy for filing, hammering and other uses, this rubber block is made of a tough, firm, vulcanized rubber to give the user an excellent surface.
 
It enables one to remove dents and straighten metals without the fear of scratching or distorting. Can be used wet or dry without chance of slipping.

Kate's Notes: This rubber bench block is a fixture on my bench. I use it to support pieces for filing, place my bench block on top to dampen noise, and as a soft hammering surface. A super handy tool!
